RETURNS

All Sales Final:  We do not accept returns. All sales are final. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Exceptions: In the rare event that a product is received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exchanges:  If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at info@munstersupport.com and we will be happy to assist. All exchanges MUST be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees and a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item.
