Return & Refund Policy - Munster Canada



Munster offers an open return policy for 90 days after purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return/exchange, we require proof of purchase, as well as a note in the package specifying its either a return or exchange. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or if an item is returned more than 90 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment when the refund is processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping you originally paid (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted to your credit card statement. If you’ve done this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your items. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. 




WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES THAT HAVE IMPORT FEES DUE ON DELIVERY, including Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees. We strongly recommend to use only USPS for all return shipping from the USA. Make sure your shipment is marked as a return, and that any import or brokerage fees are prepaid. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES SHIPPED BY UPS, or any other carrier which charges brokerage fees upon delivery. Other shipping providers may be accepted as long as all brokerage and import fees are prepaid. If a package is rejected due to unnecessary import or brokerage fees, we will not be responsible for any cost of shipping incurred by the customer.
